Cate and Iggy

Here are photos of the beautiful Cate Blanchett with her newborn son, Ignatius Martin. She attended the Australia 2020 Summit with her 6-day old son. Therefore fulfilling her obligations within and outside her family life. The reason why she showed up rather than staying home in bed is her belief in the difference the summit could do in the future especially for her children.

   

Fellow Aussie actor, Hugh Jackman praised Blanchett, “Cate Blanchett is superwoman … she is flawless as person and I am thrilled that she is leading our stream.” and he even joked, “I have given her my kids - she is looking after them for the weekend”.

Cate Gives Birth

The beautiful and award-winning actress, Cate Blanchett, gave birth to her third son today. Her husband is the playwright Andrew Upton.  

They named their newborn son, Ignatius Martin Upton.

Their two older sons are 6-year-old Dashiell and 3-year-old Roman.
